Important update: Your Filter Settings Now Follow You

We've updated our platform so your filter settings now persist across sessions. This means once you set your filters, they stay put as you navigate, saving you time and clicks.

This is important to note for B2B users managing invoices. Filters, like Invoice interval, Type and Delivery dates, will remain from your last session. So make sure you are aware of all filters before selecting all orders and sending to invoice.

Another key change is the filter for articles. We've removed the default setting that hid inactive articles. Now, you have complete control over whether you see active, inactive, or draft articles.

With this update we want to help meake your workspace more efficient and personalized.

February 2025 Release Notes MyFoodOffice

We’re thrilled to introduce new features and enhancements designed to make MyFoodOffice more efficient and user-friendly! This update brings significant improvements to order management, product creation, campaign customization, and overall usability.

🚀 New Features

  • Detailed Order Summary – Gain better visibility into customer orders for easier editing and tracking. When a customer places multiple orders on the same day, a menu labeled "Existing orders" appears on order's page. Click it and then select "Detailed summary" to view all ordered articles for that day in one place.
  • Customizable Campaign Backgrounds – Campaigns now support two additional plain background options: Light and Dark for a cleaner, more tailored appearance.
  • Include Inactive Articles – Inactive articles can now be included in campaigns, price lists, price rebates, and sales catalogs, giving you greater flexibility in managing your future product offerings.
  • Quick Article & Price List Connection – Easily connect articles to an existing price list directly from the article page, simplifying price list management. Add it as a new widget.
  • Campaigns in Sales Browser – View how your campaigns appear to customers directly in the catalogue. Simply select a customer and set a date where the campaign is active to preview the experience.
  • Default Buyer Landing Page – Buyer users can now choose their default landing page. New users will land on the catalogue by default, while existing users will still see the purchase summary unless they change their preference.

Thank you for using MyFoodOffice! As always, your feedback is invaluable—feel free to reach out if you have any suggestions or need support.
