Global library - access premade ingredients

The MyFoodOffice Global Library is a great tool for streamlining your recipe management. This resource provides access to over 5,000 ingredients sourced from suppliers and official databases.

Benefits of the Global Library:

• Save Time: Skip manual data entry by importing pre-populated ingredient information directly into your recipes.
• Maintain Flexibility: Make manual adjustments to imported ingredients for a perfect fit in your specific recipes.
• Stay Updated: Receive notifications whenever a supplier updates information for ingredients you use, allowing you to manually update recipe accuracy.

Using the Global Library:

There are two ways to access the Global Library:

• Direct Import: Access the Global Library from the "Ingredients" section in the right-side menu. Click "Import a new ingredient" to browse the library, select the desired ingredients (single or multiple), and import them into your recipe.
• While Adding Ingredients: When creating a recipe and adding ingredients, you can also access the Global Library. Simply start typing the ingredient name and MyFoodOffice will suggest matching options from the Global Library. Select the appropriate ingredient to automatically populate the information in your recipe.

Expanding the Library:

If a specific ingredient is missing, you can contact us or your supplier! Request additions to the Global Library, further enriching this valuable resource for all MyFoodOffice users.
