Product export options
Exporting data is a crucial feature for businesses that need to analyze their product information. This article will guide you through the steps to use two export functionalities.
1. Full Article Export (From Company Settings)
The Full Article Export feature allows you to download a comprehensive dataset of all your articles. This is especially useful for creating detailed reports, perform thorough reviews, or update article data inside thirdparty systems.
Steps to Export Full Master:
- Navigate to Company Settings
- Click the Export button next to Full article export
The system will generate a file (Excel format) containing a complete record set.
Once the file is ready, you will receive a notification.
2. Export Food Data (From Product Page)
The Export Food Data feature enables you to create a streamlined summary of your product data. This is ideal for quick reviews or sharing information with stakeholders.
Steps to Export Product Overview:
- Navigate to the Products page.
- Click Action, and then Export food data.
The system will generate a summary file (Excel format).
Once the file is ready, you will receive a notification.
